Grant House, St John's Street

Before

A dated four floor office block in prime London City EC1, with worn interiors, outdated lighting, and generic layouts no longer suited to individual tenant needs.

After

All four floors stripped out and rebuilt to each tenant's specifications, with new flooring, lighting, glass partition offices, kitchenettes, toilets, and a full redecoration throughout.
