Strip Out & Rebuild
A complete renovation of an entire office block located in prime London City EC1. All four floors had to be completely stripped out and reconstructed, with each floor redesigned to meet the individual needs of its tenant. The scale and coordination required made this one of our most demanding commercial projects.
New flooring was laid throughout the building alongside brand new lighting systems. High spec glass partition meeting rooms and offices were installed on every floor, giving each tenant a modern, professional workspace tailored to their requirements.
Every floor received a brand new kitchenette and new toilet facilities, with a full redecoration carried out from top to bottom. The finished building is unrecognisable from what it was before, delivered to the highest standard across all four levels.
