Gresham Gardens.

This project centred on a modern rear extension paired with a full reconfiguration of the ground floor, opening up the kitchen and living areas into a single, light filled open plan space. Walls were removed and the layout rethought from the ground up, transforming a series of dated, separate rooms into a seamless and sociable heart of the home.

Beneath the surface, the works were just as considered. A structural drainage and soakaway system was designed and installed to manage surface water efficiently, protecting the new foundations and ensuring long term stability. A full air conditioning system was integrated throughout, delivering year round comfort while remaining discreetly hidden within the finished interior.

The finishing details set this project apart. The new kitchen and living area were completed to an exacting standard, with high quality materials, precise detailing and a considered palette that balances modern living with warmth and character. Every element was selected and fitted to create a space that feels both refined and effortlessly liveable.
