Kensington, London

Building Renovation

Architectural Vision

Project Overview

This project involved the full renovation of a Grade II listed building in the heart of Kensington, formerly home to the Estonian Ambassadors Residence. Every element of the work had to respect and preserve the building's historic character while bringing it up to a modern standard of comfort and functionality.

All mechanical and electrical systems were completely replaced, along with new furniture, bespoke lighting, and high quality flooring laid throughout. A brand new kitchen was designed and installed, carefully balancing contemporary finishes with the period aesthetic of the building.

The result is a property that honours its heritage while feeling entirely renewed. From the restored period features to the upgraded infrastructure, every detail reflects a commitment to craftsmanship and an understanding of what it takes to work sensitively within a listed building.
