This project involved a complete refurbishment of the entire property, paired with a carefully designed extension to the rear of the house. Every room was stripped back and rebuilt to a modern standard, ensuring a seamless blend of contemporary comfort and timeless craftsmanship.
A brand new underfloor heating system was installed throughout, providing efficient and even warmth across every living space. The heating layout was engineered to complement the new floor finishes and insulation upgrades, maximising energy performance without compromising the interior design.
The finishing details truly set this project apart. Custom made moulding, covings, skirting and other bespoke joinery work were crafted and fitted to bring character and refinement to every room. Each element was designed to suit the proportions of the space, resulting in a home that feels both meticulously detailed and effortlessly elegant.
