Georgian House.

This project involved the complete renovation of a 1720 Grade II listed Georgian residence in Hampstead. Every aspect of the work required careful coordination with conservation guidelines to ensure the property's historic character and Georgian heritage were fully preserved and enhanced throughout the process.

Original period features including sash windows, cornicing, panelled doors, and decorative mouldings were meticulously restored by specialist craftsmen. Where elements had deteriorated beyond repair, bespoke replacements were crafted to match the originals in both material and detail, maintaining the architectural integrity of the property.

Alongside the heritage restoration, the property was brought up to contemporary living standards with fully upgraded mechanical and electrical systems and significantly improved energy efficiency. The result is a home that honours its three hundred year history while providing the comfort and performance expected of a modern residence.
