Hampstead - Flats.

Over the past several years we have refurbished four flats situated within this building, carrying out a rolling programme of renovation that has gradually transformed the entire property. The scope of works has covered everything from full interior renovations to structural additions and external landscaping.

Each flat received a complete interior overhaul, with specially designed custom made showers fitted as a standout feature alongside new fixtures and fittings throughout. A new balcony was created, and the garden landscape was fully resurfaced, giving the building a renewed sense of character from the outside in.

We have also taken on responsibility for the general maintenance of the entire building, a testament to the trust built over years of consistent, high quality work. This project showcases our experience in carefully restoring the design of a building to the highest standard, one flat at a time.
