Project Overview
This project involved a complete renovation of the entire property, including a full loft conversion that transformed the space into a three bedroom flat with two bathrooms. Every room was stripped back and rebuilt to a modern standard, reimagining the layout to maximise space and light.
A brand new modern kitchen was designed and installed, alongside a full rewire of the electrics throughout the property. The combination of contemporary fittings and a carefully considered layout gives the flat a feel that is both functional and refined.
Custom made mouldings, covings, skirtings, and other bespoke joinery work were crafted and fitted to bring character to every room. These finishing details elevate the property, resulting in a home that feels thoughtfully designed and built to last.
