Grays Inn Road.

A complete renovation of a beautiful Grade II listed building used for both commercial and residential purposes. The project spanned three levels, each with its own unique challenges, requiring sensitive handling to preserve the building's historic character while delivering a modern standard of finish.

The basement was fully converted, with the original boiler and stove carefully preserved as required by regulations, both over 100 years old. The shop floor was stripped back to the original brickwork and the layout reconstructed, including a rear extension with a disabled access toilet and utility room, along with full M&E and plumbing works.

On the first floor, the entire layout was reconstructed to create a new two bedroom and a one bedroom flat. Specially made windows and doors were installed to match the original appearance of the building. Brand new kitchens and bathrooms were fitted throughout, with all plumbing and M&E works completed to a real high end finish.
